Calendar Supreme

As entrepreneurs ourselves we found the most difficult thing about working as a team was not each others annoying habits, hygenic or otherwise, but rather the ability to schedule meetings with others for client visits. I did a bit of obsessing about this and found a very simple solution. 30boxes – This online calendar is great for number of reasons, but best reason is its ability to merge our calendars onto one easy to read webpage. Sure Google Calendars does this as well, but I found the Google calendar a bit clunky. (Your experience may differ). Google overlays people’s appointments so if you have different appts at the same time, you can only read one of them. Not good. On top of this, I like the fact that the 30boxes team continues to upgrade this tool. And its only in beta!

You like to sync with your blackberry or other phone? No problem, just subsribe to your web calendar and it appears on your desktop. Sync away.

You have macs and pcs in the same office? No problem, this is web based and the syncing feature is RSS (What is RSS?)so that it works with both iCal (superior) or Outlook (inferior).

Bottom Line: It’s a great way to keep the team up to date in or out of the office.
