Turning it up a notch | Can you help us?

We made the decision today to amp up the volume at Camberwell. The first step is the recruitment of 6 persons to join la familia. HEY! If you know anyone that fits the descriptions below…please have them contact us ASAP. (see below for contact info).

At a basic level, we need 6 more people who want to join a team that focuses on making things happen and reaching for the stars in all that we do. We don’t set limits on our aspirations and won’t set them on yours. Note, our titles are merely to distinguish between roles, we maintain a challenging environment free from oppressive hierarchy, but we are keen on organisational harmony. All of this in a private company that focuses on the making a difference through innovation and enterprise vis-a-vis development (places, spaces, companies delivering a social benefit) and consultancy to exciting clients driving through similar missions.

In no particular order, we need:

(1, uno, one) marketing assistant. you will have some knowledge of marketing, but not too much. you want to help a team kick some butt at a conference, get that right photo for the web, or work with the team to shine a Camberwell presentation. this could be part-time or entry level full-time.

(TWO (2) duo duece 1+1) sr. consultants. you will be able to converse in finance or marketing  without breaking too much of a sweat. you love clients and want to ensure you exceed their expectations. you have technical capability to get things done yourself, but also the interpersonal skills to manage others. a bonus if you have construction or development experience. finally, you  can write and have the ability solve complex problems (not algebraic, but problems nonetheless).

(1, uno, ONE) catalyst host. you will be a networker and connector. you want to start something amazing in an amazing city (leeds). you will have some experience with a business setting, but it’s most important that you can connect, communicate, and manage your time in a dynamic environment. you have a entrepreneurial self-starting bias.

(3, tres, tri, thrEE) project managers. do you know how and like to manage a gantt chart and write reports?  then this is NOT the job for you.  do you know how to get things done and realise that the phone is your friend and email is only one way to touch base. communication is the key to success and sometimes you won’t know exactly how to complete a task, but your ability to attack problems make this irrelevant. you are driven to achieve goals. you get it.

Are any of these you? Do you know anyone with these skills who is looking or might look if the right oppty was presented? Posting pay scales has proven to be the right way to attract the wrong people. Reading this either gets you excited or not. We are competitive on pay and amp it up with good performance.
