So many entrepreneurs query support organisations for help and in return get asked for 50 page business plans. It is getting better, but many still focus on the product, not the people. Mike Chitty and others are using their voices to get some recognition for the people aspect. Right now it is the monolithic machines of business support v. the granola crunchie people led movements when the answer is somewhere in the middle. Getting people to believe in your business is about being people centric, but backed by darn good data and ideas.
David Rose, while not delivery the most engaging presentation ever, does give some insight into the people game. This video is helpful for pitches and for setting a plan in general, because it makes you focus on the right things.

Good points Todd. This video from ex Dragon’s Denner Doug Richards is worth watching in this context
