READ OUTLIERS, BY MALCOLM GLADWELL!
This is the best book I have read in some time. It uncovers what we at Camberwell know and are trying to provide to help make our society great. Greatness and Change is about opportunity and graft. Not extra IQ points, not special formulas or copyrighted engagement processes, not wealth, not any of the myths that exist.
Read this book and then apply yourself and your organisation to becoming an Outlier.
Recession timed. Not sure Malcolm saw the recession coming, but this book is a recession beating manual for people and organisations.
Just finished it last night and catching an early train to Liverpool today, so I will try to distill my thoughts further and comment more precisely in case my shouting to buy the book is not working on you.
If my crazed shouting about this book is working; what are you waiting for BUY THIS BOOK!
